During the tour, the property's main systems are explained. — HVAC System The following are explained: • Location of the indoor system • Location of the outdoor condenser • Basic operation • Recommended maintenance — Thermostat The following are demonstrated: • How to change the temperature • Cool/heat mode • Usage recommendations — Air Filter The following are explained: • Filter location • How to change it • Filter size Recommendation: Change every 1–3 months — Water Heater Explained: • Location • Unit type • Approximate age • Basic maintenance — Electrical Panel Shown: • Location • Main breaker • How to shut down the system if necessary — Smoke Detectors Explained: • Location • Operation • Approximate lifespan Lifespan: 10 years — 6. Basic Maintenance Education Basic preventive maintenance is explained, including: • filter changes • HVAC drain inspection • condenser cleaning • annual system inspection • water heater maintenance — 7.
